Hampstead Heath ponds have become increasingly more popular over the years. It’s not seen in the same way anymore and the health benefits are well documented.
Ruth is well known for her images and social history around the ponds. The yearly duathlon and Christmas day race are fixed diary dates on Hampstead Heath! Highly recommended and a lot of fun.
